| Role |
The incumbent will be accountable for the complete administrative
requirement of the Center- e.g. security, services, maintenance,
facilities, inventory, infrastructure
|
| Responsibilities |
- Will be accountable for the complete administrative requirement
of the Center- e.g. security, services, maintenance, facilities,
inventory, infrastructure.
- Will need to interact / Coordinate with internal & external
customers at all levels (specifically at senior management levels)
& will need to display a lot of finesse in time management.
- Will need to interface with all aspects of managing the logistics
of a learning center.
- Will be responsible for all interfaces with local authorities,
property owners, local Government Agencies

| Qualifications & Experience
|
- Senior, mature professional, with hands-on experience of managing
facilities/logistics.
- Needs to have prior experience in facilities management, co
ordination across lines of business & MIS management.
- Age- around 30 - 35
- Familiar with statutory/Government/local agencies liaison.
- Commerce/Management background with sharp business acumen.
- Will have the admin team reporting into him.
