Assistant Manager - Marketing

Role

Marketing generalist with a bias towards Digital Marketing.

Reporting to:

Marketing Head

Qualification

MBA – Marketing specialization with 3-5 years of relevant experience or BBM-Marketing with 5 years experience or Mass Communications degree/diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experience or BA/MA in English with 3-5 yaers experience BA/MA in English.

All should have certification in Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities

Understanding business strategy and developing Marketing strategy in co- ordination with the leadership team.

Design and execute the Marketing annual operating plans (supported by Management Team).

Co-ordinating with external vendors,agencies and Dale Carnegie and Associates.

Functional Deliverables

Digital Marketing.

Website, Co-ordinate with agency for SEO, CMS, Google Analytics, 4 websites (Global DC, Walchand Plus, WPFL, BFG).

Social Media

Leverage distinct strategies for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube,Instagram Social media analytics and tools Competition benchmarking.

Email Marketing.

Mass Marketing Solutions, Metrics and Analytics, Email campaign measurement and continuous improvement strategies

Content Marketing.

Develop integrated content strategy across all digital platforms.

Write Thought Leadership blogs/ PR articles.

Research and report writing and spin off white paper.

Co-ordinate events, create content ideas for events such as round table & panel discussions.

Events.

Plan and execute 2-4 company events every year.

Negotiate external event sponsorships and execute participation.

Advertising and PR.

Develop content and co-ordinate with agencies for ad design / PR placements.

Vendor/Partner Deliverables.

Social media agency- briefing & output management, PR agency-briefing & output management Dale Carnegie& Associates -co-ordination with & roll out global strategies Research agency-contracts, terms.
