Minimum 10 years of hand on IT Management experience with any relevant engineeering/graduate degree, Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience. Digital technology/ applications experience having managed a product through its entire life cycle.
Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. IT Requirement planning/budgeting, costing, execution, monitoring, delivery, handing vendors for various outsourced services, Identifying and implementing New Tools and Technologies, as required.
Process Analyst : Understanding of end to end business processes with necessary controls.
Perceive and identify role of Information technology to automate the same to bring in efficiency in
the business. In other words CIO’s role to be considered as a business enabler.
Coordination with the IT service providers : Evaluate IT service providers from technology and
domain perspective, making of RFP to selection is a key role and identifying their strengths and
weaknesses . In-house business requirements to be correctly articulated to selected service
providers to ensure smooth delivery. Understanding of Technology Components is must from
implementation as well as maintenance point of view.
User training and coordination : Must possess good soft skills to ensure user will understand IT
systems and own them.
Must be conversant with latest Software Development Life Cycle concepts like agile and related
software project management.
Information security : Must be well-versed with latest trends of security threats and business impact. He or she must ensure to deploy security measures to give sufficient coverage to the business from

Prioritize Feature requirements and work in Conceptualization and detailing of wire framing/prototyping.
