Independent role: As a program manager, you will be responsible for executing CSR/Skilling projects successfully which could span multiple clients and locations in India.

You will be responsible for implementing the PAN India CSR/Skilling projects successfully.
The program manager ensures that the assigned project deliverables are provided on time, within budget and in accordance to specification
Formulate execution plans with budgets and present the same to both internal stakeholders (management) and external stakeholders (clients)
You will manage client interactions & reviews on project updates.
This job will involve travel to project locations / client sites with the country.
Understanding the complete project deliverables & creating the complete project execution plan
Execute the plan – either through internal team or through partner model
Sourcing and empaneling multiple partners in different domains & geography pan India & empanel them as per the projects.
Ensure that projects are executed to realize revenue and meet the profitability targets.
Maintain positive client relationships, government relationships and support new acquisitions. Coordinate between various internal stakeholders and external stakeholders and resolve conflicts, if any.
Communicate with various stakeholders and team on a regular basis and present the program outcomes at various internal/external meetings or platforms.
Create templates/tools that the program team can use on a regular basis to track the program data. Guide the team on effective implementation of the tools provided.
Review and oversee all program activities in various locations, measure their performance on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and document the same.
Identify improvement gaps, best practices, and implement the measures in the program effectively.
Travel to various locations on a regular basis to oversee the implementation of the projects, develop professional relationships with the external stakeholders and support them in showcasing the outcomes of the programs.
Continuously build a network of partners and trainers in the skill development ecosystem.
Create project status reports & impact reports as per agreed milestones are submitted.
Participate in pre-sales meetings and provide necessary insights based on execution experience.
Knowledge of implementing different types of employability and entrepreneurship projects in schools, colleges, skill development centers, outreach programs etc.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Superb computer literacy with capability in office software, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
