Pallavi holds an MBA from Syracuse University, New York and is a graduate in Humanities from St Xavier’s College, Mumbai. She has diversified experience in various management practices in HR, marketing, consulting, finance, and restructuring across various industries such as media, entertainment, technology, financial services, infrastructure, and FMCG.
She is an active member of the Confederation of Indian Industry, having held offices of the Chairperson for Maharashtra Council and the Skills Development Committee for CII Western Region as an active member of its Higher Education Committee and Committee for Building National Competitiveness. Additionally, she has been part of women’s groups, and has chaired the CII Indian Women Network. As a vocal industry spokesperson and Speaker, she has presented at various fora and moderated panel discussions. She started her career with Procter & Gamble and was the Executive Director at HCC in her last assignment.
She has been at the helm of the company since 2000 and has been instrumental in transitioning the company’s business operations from its legacy businesses to a leading L&D Consultancy. Under her leadership, the company has become a market leader, setting the industry benchmark
